Counselling aims to provide a safe, caring and confidential space to help you make sense of thoughts and feelings and regain control of your life.
Talking to someone can help you find support and help you to become the person you want to be, improve your relationships, and find what you want from life - helping you to find ways to move forward more positively, acquire greater life skills and find more joy.
It can be very daunting finding the right support but I hope these pages will give you some reassurance and provide you with some useful resources.
I offer a free 30 minute session (daytimes) to see if I can help and if you would like to talk to me.
