How long do sessions last for?

Session length:

50 - 60 minutes for Counselling

60 - 120 minutes for Couples Counselling

60 - 120 minutes for EFT / Coaching

How much do sessions cost?

£60 for individual counselling

£80 for couples counselling

£70 for clinical supervision

£80 for EFT / Coaching

I offer reduced fees under certain circumstances.

Payment is by cash or bank transfer prior to the session.

When are sessions?

Ongoing therapy sessions are usually weekly. I offer both short-term and long-term work. Set appointment times can be discussed if needed when we meet. There are no set number of sessions - this depends on client need and is decided by you.

Sometimes a one-off session may be all you need.

My main working hours are:

Monday - Thursday 9.30 am - 19.00 pm

What should I expect?

After our initial telephone conversation, we can make an appointment to connect and begin the healing journey if that feels right. In our first session we can explore what has brought you to therapy and I may ask a few relevant questions to help understand and explore the situation.

Talking therapy sessions are very much led by the client, we process what you bring to therapy together and go at your pace. You will never be asked to share anything you don't want to share.

What if I need to cancel a session?

I ask for 48 hours working days' notice (I do not work Sundays) from the start of the session.

If you cannot attend a session and cancel within that time, irrespective of reason, you will be charged the full session fee.
